mate hunting rabbits in season is called pest controlle it is not illegal to hunt them when they are in season

thats the differance rabbits are roadents

theyre lagamorphs, main point here is this only gives the anti's a sh*t load more ammo! its risky the whole sport and it dont matter if theyre only a week out of season THEYRE STILL OUT OF SEASON! hopefully the landowner will remove all rights to these lads, many of us on here constantly try to put the best image of our sports forward as they are all at enough risk as it is without pr*ts breaking the law and bragging.

as for rabbit season, its only a voluntary season and done mainly to conserve our sport and give the rabbits a break, hunting can and is done all year round but during summer it is mainly done for pest control not for sport!

ignorance of seasons in no excuse, if you want to hunt something you should know all information like that before you set foot in a field!

how can you call people like me a hypocrite?

i do not hunt out of season, to do so only gives the anti's more ammo, i do not condone anyone hunting out of season and not only for legal reasons but also out of respect for the quarry. plus ignorance makes it worse, the fact theyre going out hunting without even knowing about what theyre hunting! f*k me next they'l be putting up trophy shots of a barn owl they shot!

You cudnt be more right . . . . the lads have done wrong , they never new and 1 of them has stood up to the fact the did wrong .. so can we all just lay off them , they have learnt there lesson and im sure they would never do it again ... just let the thread die down !! Half of use going on like he's just ran round a feild shooting people all day :S
