Lovely jubbly mate.. Hounds look in good fettle for the start of the season to :thumbs: All the best with them..

 

Out ourselves yesterday and today again.. Early morning stuff, heats a killer and soon saps them but it's good to be getting back out.

ok mat thanks. its just me and a few mates are thinking of getting a few hounds between us,

 

thanks for the interest boys,{rhysjones} where are you and your mates hunting.how you doing dEs you're right about the weather i knew it would get hot because we started with a flyer the same happened last year

Wonderful scenery and a great looking pack.

 

how's indiana doing,glad you like the views that bit of country you 've seen is right above my kennels can be hard on the feet at times but usually have good hunting we had a good morning they rose one in that valley ran him as far as he eye could see brought him back had him going back to the forrest

ok. do you bring your hounds up this way? if you dont im sure i could find you some nice places to loose the hounds. have you ever heard of the name partridge?

 

thanks alot rhys all of my hunting is down west, i've never had the time to hunt anywhere else, its hard work to get around there.

no mate i've have'nt heard that name

you have probably heard of the llangiby hunt well my friends father was the hunts man for them for many years. but as you no the politics get involved in things and he was relieved of his many years service to the hunt. it was not pretty. His name is partridge a very well known name round this area with the farmers. When he left the hunt allot of farmers pulled back from the hunt. I am good mates with his son and we are now looking into getting a few hounds to run on the vast permission we have. how many people follow you and your hounds?

yes i've heard of the llangiby and im sure i've meet the huntsman in a hound meeting up in builth, going back many moons we're a tidy size hunt with about 30 members that without the farmers that follow us, to many out sometimes
