timjim 43
I shot one in the airgun village at the midland gamefair today, was not impressed at all, was all over the place, was looking through the scopes after each shot, one shot went to the left of the cross next one went right, i had 10 shots altogether and couldnt hit shit, i shot a daystate there just before that and didnt miss a target ! , for that sort of money i would def go for the air arms s410 over the bsa, a couple of mates have the AA S410 and is a very good gun, try to have a shot of some first before you buy one, you might get on with the scorpion t10 but i didnt i hated it when i was looking for a new rifle earlier this year the T10 was one of the guns i was considering, but i stuck with springers and went for the air ams pro-sport, am glad i picked it over the T10, but after shooting the Daystate i am seriously thinking of selling my soul to afford one Quote Link to post
bigdave911 0
Hey timjim great bit of info there thanks. any idea where i can try before i buy its not something i have herd of? I will have a look into the daystate and s410. The thing that got me was that for the price of £465 (new) i could get a pcp and it being a 10 shot mag. (it also got a good right up) I does get you wondering because its alot of cash to spend for a rifle thats no good to you! I think i will have to find somewhere to try it out before i spend my pennies haha those people at the student loans would kill me if they knew i was using it for a new air rifle Quote Link to post
timjim 43
thats the beauty of goin to the large gamefairs, you can try before you buy, join something like the bbs forum theres alot of good info on there but be warned there are alot of idiots too including some of the mods, i have quite a few mates who shoot so i have tested a few different guns, i dont think you will get a daystate for that sort of money, you would be hard pushed to find a second hand one for that price but you would find a nice second hand S410 with scopes good luck Quote Link to post
