Thank goodness for that.1980 for the Puma,so thats a tie-in with the DAA,someone kept it a few years, released, that was 30 years ago mate, how come there is no genuine irrefutable modern footage?Pakistan has a population of 200-420 snow leopards, you wouldnt believe their habitat, probably and possibly some of the wildest terrain on the face of the planet, did you see the incredible footage of a snow-leopard making a kill?Awesome pin-sharp filming, few people in the Kush walk around with a camera, yet most people here have some sort of cam be it a digital or phone cam?Leopards by nature are secretive, yet they are regularly spotted even filmed in the cities of india and south africa? And how come 9 times out of 10 here its a big, black puma? Some people NEED to believe in something, and as for police seeing the injured cat,we all know police never lie nor distort the truth dont we :whistling:

One or two escapees or releases, smaller cats, the odd larger, but long term breeding population?Any cat released in the late 1970's wouldnt really be up for a spot of nookie nowadays would it ;)

I totally agree with that 100% mackem. Melanistic leopards were never that popular and surely we would have reports of spotted leopards but we don't. Looking at licensing I was amazed at the loopholes and there were many possibilties for releases and escapees without anyone knowing.
