dogs know diff, my 15 month dog ,broken to sheep, first time he seen deer on a walk in day nailed it, preban

up until 2 years ago my bitch could walk through a field of white sheep........but if there was a black sheep she would take off after it, i could shout her off of it but it done my tits in, now she doesnt bother about them, and she took deer preban.

i had a dog that couldnt tell the difference between sheep and deer until i took him to SPECSAVERS after that, he was great

HOW DID YOU MANAGE THAT

 

dogs arnetstupid and they have a good eye sight they wont mistake a sheep or cow from a deer

I'm sure I read somewhere that dog's that were used for Deer on a regular basis could be squirrely around sheep afterwards....never experienced this myself though
