mattydski 560
wel hows every one? was wondering heading out shooting this evening for a few rabbits. Am going to try and make a stir fry got the noodles and veg was looking to know is ther any certain way of making and is there a sauce needed ? thanks Hi, never cooked rabbit stir fry myself. But based on my experience of Rabbit, i would say it it important to cut it thinly and cook it hot and quickly, to avoid it going tough. Dont let it steam or it will rubberise. So cook the rabbit first, then if neccessary take it out the pan, cook everything else , then reheat the rabit in the mix. As for sauce, throw in a bit of soy sauce, honey, maybe a littel white wine vinegar or sherry vinegar. Sounds nice... HTH Matt

bullmastiff 615
I must admit for any stir fry that I do I cheat, just buy the frozen stir fry veg (straight from the freezer to the pan and the sauces I get in packets from Morrisons!!! tastes great (especially the Chow Mein one!!!) and only takes about 15 mins start to finish! Flash fry the Rabbit/chicken in hot oil for a few mins dump the veg on top, add the sauce and give it a good stir, job done! as simple as that!
