I just paid £18.25 for 50 CCI 20gr HMR bullets. That's a mental price IMHO, but no time to head anywhere else for them, and since it was only one box I wanted...

Yes I thought as much. I won't have time to go over there for this week so I thought sod it for a fiver, but if they shoot well I won't be buying any more from EJ Churchill!

You should of bought 4 boxes of .223 and that would make the difference in the hmr..

the norm up here in shetland for HMR is around £13.25 i think , anyone know if i can get it cheaper by another method. whats the best prices down south?

if your mad about your shooting you have got to go down the reloading road ,i did and its very easy to do ,cost of a bullet done is about a 1/3 of the price you will shoot more bullets off though ..but thats a good thing aint it i pay about £11.50 for the hmr

the dearest here is 12.50 the cheapest is 11.50 or 21.00 for 100
