"Spoiled a good rifle" is the main gist of what I have heard. Also, i have read of rifles actually being damaged internally by them. From most opinions given on here, the general advice is "Don't bother". Quote Link to post

I've posted it here before somewhere, but my dad had one put in his old HW35e years ago, and it broke the cocking linkage the first time he tried cocking it.... Quote Link to post
