well bull x, staffie x its just a name! Who cares, next we will be arguing about which is a prettier dog!. If you had access to both an APBT and a STB. Both of which had proven themselves and been line bred from proven stock. And although this APBT may kill the SBT in the pit, but over all the SBT was a gamer dog, which dog would you choice as stud and why?

 

 

The APBT may have the better of the Staff, due to size and weight, but arnt BULL TYPE running dogs bred for gameyness, not size? I'd rather had a game loser than a winning quitter

i hear that people say you got to breed from good working dogs but isnt it how you train a dog to ?

i no a proper working dog will have more drive then a show dog but not all working dogs give out good working pups do they ?

 

i no a guy with the cross you lot are on about and it is a fine dog but he has had other bull x dogs and they where very good also. so im guessing its about getitng the best out your dog no matter what bull x it is.

Training matters too don't get me wrong....But you've more chance of producing a goodun If you've got good breeding

You say Fox Isn't much test but some Lads (Not me unfortunately) Take there dogs out on Fox 5 or so days a week every week....Soon sorta the Good & Bad ones out.

A long long time ago people also put their dog's to Badger...Need a real game dog for that and I've heard about Staffys that made the grade

I think its fair to say that they are all Bulldogs in ther own wright well at least they all started out as bulldogs some were more of a fancy lets be honest none of us would cross a french bulldog or would we lol

 

I think the proper Bull blood is the blood thats past all the tests and how some people can compare the blood of a staff or english bull terrier with the apbt is obsured yes ther is freak crosses with ebt and staffys that have prooved very good I personaly no of a few but the question is which will perform and which will continue to pass on its lineage to its off spring? contantley with high percentage of good jeans.

 

As far as people only havin bull crosses cause they look the bollocks guess what they are the bollocks and the popularity of them is the proof of how good the cross can be, I might look a tit in a bright yellow EVO 8 but am blowing away 90% of the cars on the road ! am not saying they are all that good but what I am saying is when you cross 2 dogs like the GREYHOUND & BULL with the History of them 2 dogs please how can you blame any one for wanting to own a dog of that potential, the truth is there all bull crosses but some will seperate the men from the boys :showoff:

why the f**k should some one be able to breed a stiffy with a track bitch and call it a bull x when there are guys out there who have bred generation after generation of good blood stock to obtain the best and what happens the sh*t arse stiffy x gets called a bull x and sold for loads of ££££ to the majority who won't listen to sense and cull the sh*te and keep blood lines clean and tight ..... above i typed stiffy (staffy) because that is what they are ...... a f**king stiffy only good for one thing and we all know what that is ......wan*ing ....

I AGREE IM CAREFULL WHAT I SAY ON HERE BUT PUT IT LIKE THIS IF SOMEONE SOLD ME A BULLX I WOULD EXPECT IT TO BE APBT IF IT WERE A DIFFERENT I WOULD EXPECT THEM SAY. MY FRIEND HAS A STAFFY CROSS AND IT IS A REALLY GOOD DOG.
