Saluki Greyhounds?

hello all i was just wondering whther some/most saluki/greyhounds kill foxes

just wondering what they are like i no there not bullx's but are they good dogs.

if i wanted a fox killer i wouldnt go for 1 mate, but i think it would depend on the dog.

yes ano what you mean mate. not for out and out fox killing but just like if it came across one every so often would it kill them?

It amazes me how many people think that a Bull x is the be all and end all of fox dogs ,having kept Greyhounds over the years i can assure you any lurcher with a fair percentage of Greyhound in it's blood will have a good chance of taking reynard,yes the bull adds the element of allowing the dog to take a bit of punishment and having a powerful jaw can only add to it's assets but 90% of pure Greyhounds will demolish a fox in seconds believe you me.Any 1/2 cross or 3/4 bred Greyhound lurcher including the Saluki x will have as much chance as any at doing fox and that includes the bull x.

greyhounds are f*****g hard mate. a lad i know had a racing grey and started killing cats so he gave it to mate and it f*****g demolished foxes. so i can what youre saying mate.

Entered correctly, the Sal x Grey will take reynard. But saying that not every sal x grey will take to them.

Just like any dog really. They either have it or they dont!

well i think if the right greys in their sniper you cant go wrong.my little lass would tackle anything that moved if she had the chance lol ,so i suppose put with the right dog any breed could make a good foxer put over the right grey

mine had acounted for a fue fox and outher things and kills them pritty quick he is a wimp about the house and ha but when it comes to quorrie he has the heart of a lion
