more like if farmer wants you to get rid of hares as theres to many do you lamp em are daytime them well easy answer is both,pre ban of coarse and if that doesnt work well farmer can get his syndicate to shoot em but of coarse i would lamp em before having them shot,and cant understand anyone shooting these animals in large numbers
