I've always avoided using straw though, as I was told many years ago that this is more likely to carry mites. Probably not true at all, but one of those things that sticks in the mind! diggermad 154 Posted September 11, 2008 Report Share Posted September 11, 2008 I USE AN OLD FLEECE TOP NOW FOR ONE OF MY FERRETS HES NOT BEEN SO WELL COST ME OVER POUND IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS CHEST INFECTION SO STRAW OR HAY WOULDNT BE A GOOD IDEA OTHER FERRETS ARE IN SHREDDED PAPER THEY ARE DOING FINE CHEERS Quote Link to post
