Guest hyperion Posted September 9, 2008 Report Share Posted September 9, 2008 my friend has found a young ferret in her stables and phoned me of all people for advice! i havent seen the ferret but she said it was about six inches long and bright eyed and bushy tailed and quite happy to be picked up but rather skinny! all i could tell her was no dog/cat food, keep it warm and probably the best thing for it was fresh beef mince or chicking for the time being, and get it to a vet for a once over! have i done the right thing?, and is there anything else i should tell her? cheers hyper Quote Link to post

Tinned food isn't the best stuff to give a ferret but if it's hungry just get some grub down it. Bet that ferret turns out to be a cracker, bold and adventurous. Quote Link to post
