I took Griff to a charity dog show today and guess which class he won.... Most handsome dog!

 

He then qualified for best in show and was narrowly beaten by an Akita. The judge said it was between the two, will my scruffy lurcher ever live it down?!

Thanks guys, i'll pass comments on to the boy. I think he's gorgeous but I would, he's my problem child!

 

I didn't have my camera with me at the show there were only two lurchers at the whole show and i'd have thought being run by a rescue there might be a few more as most rescues seem to be full of lurchers. Was a lovely afternoon out though and hopefull raised some cash for the rescue who recieve no funding whatsoever.
