new pup help

got my saluki grey pup a few weeks back everythings going well not done any lurcher work for a while and am new to the area would any one know of any one in the derby area that would mind me taking my new dog out with theres to get a taiste for it working. Would mean a lot i want to put 100% into him and any help would be great. cheers

any pics of the pup mate? im in exact same suitation as you been trying to tag along with my new pup to no avail at the moment.im going to probably end up burying a lurcher already hunting to bring my pup on sad as it is theres alot of folk parnoid about bringing a newbie out.im going keep trying and if i get no joy ill do my own thing. best of luck with the pup and the hunting mission you will need it

me too pass the torch and all dat keep the sport alive get more genuine people involved, theres a lot of hypricosy ive read on here with lads saying how more people need to get started in the game are the same people whod not give someone like us the time of day wankers.

 

you know go out keep your mouth shut your eyes and ears open muck in and have a few beers down the pub afterwards.heres hoping pal

sound advice lad.im going to do it the lazy way and get a hound already hunting gives me right tool to start off can introduce the pup into it that way. you know i dont want to keep ferrets but will do i i have no other option.

well when i eventually get up running id hope in 12months time im sat at my computer and sumone else from my area is in the same suitation as me id like to think id throw a dog a bone. get sum pics of the pup up mate he sounds a belter

Well lads - if ya lived in cornwall i would be more than happy to show you the ropes - we all got to learn somewhere.
