We got a few last night, catch rate was'nt to great in the stubbles though compared to the grass fields, no amount of lamping trickery was stopping the rabbits straightlining to 20yds straight to their holes/field edges.

 

 

abosolutely handsome hound is he a full saluki always wanted one good catch aswell

Poacher2225, 6 out 10 out is good going. Such a shame you lost your dog, He was a fine animal not doubt about it. I've tried videoing lamping but it never comes out that great.

 

Hi Ross, he is full Saluki, I have both parents. A lot of folk think they are all show and no go, more and more people are coming round to how useful they can be though.

was out last night got 11 rabbits with my whippet dog in a hour and a half a decent night could of went on and get 20 or so but battrey was near out will put pic up after i work out hi to do it

taking the pup out later and see what she can do...been out a few other times but was just along for the walk but she as keen as hell now....looks like could be good nite
