When its very wet, and No Wind the rabbits will hear you come in a feckin 500 yds away.

And if you are on stuble, its worse still :thumbdown: . Ive been out in all weathers, and you still can

catch big and small stuff, but ive found when its realy wet its that much harder :wallbash:

Still if we wait for the right condition's, you would never get out. Catch what you can :victory:

i agree their bird and ive walked out in most conditions and i am never suprised always somthing new to have a go at .good exersise if nothing else :thumbs:

theyr own fault should have selt me a permit,

 

syndicates dont you hate them...

 

 

i do hate syndicates yes the gun men around here dont like to give me land to run the dogs on so i have to venture on anyway .not nice when you have been polite and asked first lol :thumbdown:

the new ones dont make that noise

 

not as water tite as old yins tho,

 

not too bad in windy nights tho

 

 

well i dont mind getting a little wet to save that annoying noise.

but tonight it came down that heavy

it seemed to drop then the skys just opened

and only happens when your at your furthist from cover or vehicle lol

i should of drove round and lamped from that :thumbs:

but somthings better than nothing

1. 3 slips - no catch

 

2. last flick of lamp....a big red coloured rabbit 40 yards out

 

3. bloody good run .......lost over a brow of a hill

 

4. no red...........................no dog!

 

5. 1 hour is pouring rain looking.............still no dog

 

6. 1 mile walk home like a drowned rat...................damb dog by the back door waiting!!!!

 

 

Ay at least he now knows where he lives!!!..................no crisp packets either LOL

cracking lol was that the grey you ran on the red

mine does that on the old longear but reapears eventually

and glad he went home lol .

i lost one over a hill othernight bit pissed cause i couldnt run fast enough lol

to get lamp back on it :thumbs:
