two hundred yards is nothing down the beam if the land is big enough most stuff dont start running until the dog is more or less on top of it or it hears it coming and if its blowing its got be up close to it to hear the dog

super markbrick....your big mates with rabbiteer....ask him about the number of rabbits up hear.......you can shoot big numbers in a night...try running a dog on them??? theres no bottom to any of the hedges on my ground or wire so the rabbits head in at 200 mph and dont stop,if your dogs aint clever they end up mashed.....earth's right what he's saying...im no dog dealer iv kept what iv got and im happy with them. feck it i'll even put you up over night if you want to try your luck!!!!..no publicity no cash.......

I know 200m..... but then i run fast and deep as you all well know

 

 

 

 

 

Regardless of size..........., they are decent slips, where a dog needs to know to go down the beam as the Blitz beam is loosing its illumination effect at that range and across varying types of fields, it soon saps the energy from an unfit dog ...........but saves me walking

now socks i cant see why if i say its 200 yards you dont just beleave me, i have 2 people down here who will vouch for what i say and you know em both so surely they wouldnt lie for the sake of a few yards,ive said come on down and i will show you but in a previous post of yours about early pace you said a bitch of yours has the earliest pace youve seen and shes a half cross,i didnt comment but this black bitch is in a differant leauge and the merle i parted with well she was on her own but i didnt keep tellin you ,you were wrong youre a very knowledgable man but sometimes youre very wrong,mark

mark actually this is what i said '' i own a first cross collie grey and belive me there are not many dogs that could beat her to first turn on a bunny '' but this thread isnt about pace so i dont know why you mentioned it ... anyway i am not going to get into another arguement over something trivial .. if the 3 of you say its 200 yards then so be it ............

mark iv run dogs over most of the country and this ground is some of the hardest iv ever seen..its all on sand so its kind to a dogs feet...there's more than enough rabbits up hear.i gave it some thought about offering a few nights for the compitition but thought better of it......we had a reasonable evening with rabbiteer and son....as soon as the season comes in propper i will get in touch.the only thing i ask is you keep the details to your self as nick has done....
