Sell it and buy a wiehrach hw100 sell it and buy a Super 10 mk3 .. tuned by John Bowkett with his silencer. Sell it and buy a Rapid mk1 Sell it and buy a total different gun.. ORRR THE NEW OPTION .. sell it and buy a full realtree advantage painted daystate mk3? ?? in your opinions ?? Thanks alot Dan. right dan i love a change and as you might no i always chop and change brought a stelth 2 days ago and its give me the fat hump and i think im gona sell it allready!! now i have had a go on the hw100 i didnt like the loading mech (might be just me) great gun but thats a no for me. now rapids are a good gun as are all i just dont think they have the wow factor for me even the brand new ones still look a bit dated (but thats in my eyes) dont like the magazine and wasnt that well ballenced in my opion.... now the s410 i havent had one nor used one ive only picked one up and had a play so cant help much other than ask you this question why did you buy it??? was it because every one else said there the best thing since sliced bread?? or did it have the wow factor for you and jumped out at ya?? im not saying there no good just asking the question why?? now the super 10 ive had a few of the new ones and im missing myne alot im quite a big bloke and it seems well ballenced for me and i love the look and its perormance plus the shot count is great the only thing is its a bit heavy but it is better ballenced than the rapid in my opion the only thing with the bb carbine that nigled at me was the noise of the hammer spirng and you cant quite get em whisper quiet, but in all i love em and there a great gun infact f**k it im gona buy another one any one got one in .177 let me no!! and day state well my shooting partner has the new huntsman an thats a great gun as for the mk3 i havent used one as yet but i think the action is the same as the huntsman but not sure, but going on the huntsman that should be a great gun aswell so what im trying to say is buy a gun you really like! as there realy just as good as each other its just gota fit the bill for you i would go s10 or daystate if you where gona sell your 410 but thats my opinion people are gone reply and tell you how great there guns are but thats because its right for them i brought a scorpian t10 because i love the look of it and i have a stealth which did like till i found out that fully moded ones donlike running sub 12lb lol but if you like a gun and get on with it and are happy with it then that would be the one i think hope this was some help to ya rk Quote Link to post
Dan_Jones 7
Well the problem with my AA s410 is the shot count ... i go out bout 3 or 4 hours and have to carry a stupid pump on my back .. its the carbine model aswell which means im doing well to have 40 - 50 shots and only about 30 of them are around the sweat spot . I would like a gun i could swap bottles like the s10 or rapid. I love the gun and a great hunting tool just wish i could get more decent shots out of it :realmad: Quote Link to post
rabbit_killer 2
thats the reason i first brought a super 10 and i loved it the only thing that was nigling me was the loudness but thats all really i only sold it because my shooting partner got me hooked on .177 for some reason i just seem to kill more with .177 and it was more forgiving so i got it in my head that i wanted one so i sold it.....im such a dick i should of kept it, im going to buy another one now i shouldnt of started talking about it lol but yes your right i loved my bsa ultra but that came down to shot count where i shoot 40 just dont cut it some times Quote Link to post
Dan_Jones 7
Ive all ways thought of .177 as hand pistols and less good at killing but i know nothing lol ... Im really stuck for what to do ... Have it sitting beside me and i really dont want to sell it but that shot count does my head in .. It is super quiet though.. Think i might just hang onto it and piss on with the pump Actually NO !! im gunna get a s10 ive decided .. if i dont like it sell that aswell lol Quote Link to post
rabbit_killer 2
id bin the pump and get bottle leave it in the motor and refill when you need to but it is a pain in the arse having to fill all the time, i had two buddie bottles for my s10 and i never ran 1 out at all so didnt even need a spare it would last me or 2 sesshions thats a good 4 hours ish each Quote Link to post
Dan_Jones 7
Dont have a motor yet though lol but ive got a back pack haha thats how i carry a pump around for 4 hours lol well its either the hw 100 or s10 more likely to be s10 like Quote Link to post
stubby 175
are you taking the rifle out for target shooting or quarry shooting? if quarry shooting, are you then coming home with 30 plus kills? if you are, then, keep this rifle if your not then practise your fieldcraft/stalking etc as 40 shots should be plenty dont try fixing something that aint broken, and a bad workman always blames his tools Quote Link to post

At the moment Im only doing target as Im trying to get used to the hawke 6.5 20 50 night eye scope and its got a mil dot reticle which Im finding tough to use so thinking of getting the sr version which has a airgun friendly reticle, I love my mates super 10 but it cost a bit more and dont think I could get used to the bottle on it because you have to dry fire it to get it loose(what gun dealer told my mate, he unscrewed it while air in it and it needed £150 to repair it). The hw 100 is a good gun but its a few pounds more than my 510, in my opinion the510 is a big improvement over the proven 410. Quote Link to post

Dan_Jones 7
On a 4 hour trip ill be comeing back with like maybe 15 - 20 then i may have missed a few lol .. anyway then when we have a break about 2 hours round we normal have a little bet on whos the accurate or just a little mess about. Plus i rather like a gun where i dont need to pump it for maybe 3 or 4 nights / days out. Some days i might just pop out for a little bit target shooting and thats when its at its worse Yer i can shoot well with it and it handles great in the feild. Quote Link to post
WebbyUK 0
get an S200 and carry a spare air cylinder with you. Youll get at least 100 shots then. You cant carry 100 dead bunnys so you should be ok lol Quote Link to post
Dan_Jones 7
Is that not down gradeing ?? a dont know nothing about them though Quote Link to post

Thanks alot Dan. at the end of the day what do you want a gun for, lets say to shoot rabbits at 30 to40 yards,a lot of the time people are chasing a type of trophy with airguns pretty much like motorcycles in respect of down the pub what bike have you got mate oh i have got the fastest thing on the road, but it doesnt mean he can ride ride like rosii but he has it,i find its the same as guns,if your s410 kills rabbits at 40yrds with head shots every time, keep the damn thing, because i have had the hw100,and found it heavy, but now have done a full circle to s410 again , but at the end of the day keep the gun thats doing the business not what everybody else has bought,,, Quote Link to post
