NEW FERRETS

as i already have 5 ferrets i didnt really want anymore, but when a [bANNED TEXT] of mine offered me his 3 as he was getting rid of, i couldnt refuse. so ive now ended up with 8, 2 hobs and 6 bitches. the only reason i took them was of because how good they are, they work like steam trains and breed good smallish workers aswell. the dog is a medium sized polecat, one bitch is reasonably small, well smaller than what i have and the other a bit bigger, she is the daughter of the first two, i dont mind as they are they are all well behaved. ill post a few pics maybe l8r

how many do you have in each hutch and what sizes are the hutches cause if i breed and keep one of the kits i want to put him in with my hob

UR BE BETTER KEEPING A JILL BECAUSE YOU CAN KEEP TWO JILLS TOGETHER BUT YOU CANT KEEP TWO HOBS TOGETHER.YOU HAVE GOT YOUR TWO FERRETS SEPERATE AT THE MOMENT HAVENT YOU?

they r seperate ill keep a jill but i mite put the jills in the bigger cage were the hob is an put the hob in the small one

I CANT SEE WHY NOT. MY FERRETS ARE IN THE FOLLOWING HUTCHES.

THE TWO HOBS HAVE THIS SIZE HUTCH EACH. 3FT LONG 1.5 WIDE AND 1.5 HIGH.

AND THE 6 JILLS ARE TWO SETS OF 3 IN THESE 4FT LONG 1.5FT WIDE 1.5FT HIGHT BUT THESE ARE DOUBLE DECKERS AS WELL. THE MORE ROOM THE BETTER! PUT SOME PICS ON OF YOURS SO I CAN SEE THEM. PREFERABLY THROUGH THE WIRE

the measurements are

2 half ft x 2 an a quarter ft for the jills hutch

and the hobs is

3 half foot x 1 qrter ft
