Were back and it was a draw at just a rabbit each,it's all we saw really.His dog had to go running all round a field to get hers,mine crept down the beam (although he couldn't see it he dosen't just gallop down it just creeps on my hiss)stood on it (it was in a bit of cover)and picked it up(dim useless hancocks eh!)out for the crack and had a bit of sport,thats what it's all about.Tis a nice looking dog you have there Smashy.

wound me up did ooty saying get them out lol so i couldnt resist but not good running them full but he did well even so :victory: and thanks ooty wont agree about me dog

morning.ooty here.what he failed to tell you was, that,his dog might hav krept down down the beam but was blinded by the lamp and didnt see the rabbit,it caught a sitter by mistake, by standing on it!!! :haha: no good putting a light on for those dogs.it blinds them,hence it had to feel its way down the lamp,cant wait to come catch some of those easy bunnies up north, :whistling::thumbs:

easy bunnys lol my dog can go down the beam to overside of the field never gets blinded lol

is that dog you used what you bred of cause it sounds like he needs work lol.oh and my rabbits aint easy they get a visit from me most nights i like to see them move not sit :thumbs:

think i recignise those rabbits?? arnt they back out the freezer? or was it the same night but pics took from a differnt angle??pups a getting big enough for a pic this week,will get some up,that ferret of firemans(trever).if it were a dog would be a world better,i recon it killed more rabbits than his dog,you know you got 2 hours to chill when he goes down a warren,i dont take my spade when he takes him,his more defencive over that ferret than his dog when it comes to takeing the piss, :whistling::victory:

you would recognise them rabbits yes ooty as they are from yorkshire the yorkshire rabbit .i took 12 lastnight aswell so not a bad couple of hours over the nights.but i thought i would be winding you up abit lol so didnt bother with a picture.oh and i had a ferret like firemans best thing for em is a spade lol.

mine went. that came out the warren with more blood on its mush than the dogs get lol.and it could go down the set like a scud missile .a total waste of space.i bred some really nice ones this year should make good .cant do with ferrets that kill :thumbs:

mate dont say that to him.its part of the family.!! i have serjested we take the teeth out of it mind.anyway he wouldnt get any rabbits otherwise,gotta go see him in a bit and hope he hasnt read this,if you are reading this mate,we got an earth to have a look at once iv got joe. cant wait to get up there and bowl a few of these easy yorky bunnies, :victory: Edited by ooty

be nice to see if your dog can catch an easy rabbit on hard ground.look at the other thread mine shows some different angles lol the night you got 1 and i got 8 and was back here before you lol :clapper:

Leave me and Trevor out of this lol,bloody good ferret that and anyway he'd feel out of place working with my plummer/hancock pack if he was any good.He ain't that bad Smashy just when fat blokes stomp around buries rabbits don't bolt,the grace of a building site cement mixer has Ooty.Saw his pups yesterday and must admit their fine looking things.

where do you think he got that hancock?? :whistling::angel: no room in my kennals for them :no: as for the big bloke over the warran,?imo more noise was made whilest calling his dog back with 100 yrds of long net disapearing down the feilds in its mouth after a rabbit hit it :yes::hmm: they all have to learn though and the dog is getting better in all areas,his two years,male.. with beardie blood.. he was never going to be a fast starter,but without speaking to soon,i hope!! i think the dog will have a good winter...maybe? :victory: theres a good wind over norfolk tonight so i think we'l be out for a mooch,my bitch knocked her toe nail out on a hard feild after a long run the other night,my fault!! gives my young sire a chanch to shine instead,and my boys young whippet collie whippet have a few runs :thumbs: will have to see those dogs if yours in action on these big open staminer laping norfolk feilds this winter, :thumbs:

my two working dogs are oozing stamina ooty even the grey bitch can hold her own for a good night.

think i will have a night off tonight.took plenty last 2 nights .either that or i need a bigger freezer.

oh and them hancocks came from your kennels then what has he 2 hancock.and i bet it was most amusing watching the longnet flying down the field.even tho the rabbit wouldnt of made it that far my dog being their lol :thumbs: oh and what bitch did you run thought she had pups .and your sons sounds like a nice dog.thinking of popping collie in my little whip in a few year :thumbs:
