The baby was a month old so the defence will be Post Natal Depression. She'll do jail time but I doubt she'll be executed. Depends how good her legal defence is.

i just told the missus about this and the first thing she said was that the woman probably has post natal depression because of the age of the child, apparently it can make women do the strangest things.

 

must admit though, my first thought was that she should suffer a fate that would cause her plenty of pain for a loooooong time.....

I certainly wouldn't try and excuse something like this. It's f*****g abhorrent but that's the reality of it and how legal loopholes work.

 

I'm not 100% certain but I've been told that post natal depression, in Britain, is legally definable up to the child being 13 months old but I must stress that's just what I've heard, I couldn't say exactly, or even at all.

 

As this happened in the US I wonder what the outcome will be... we'll probably never know until, or if, she faces execution and this could take years.

i say keep her alive and make her really pay killing her is the easy way out. she will have to live with what she did for the rest of her life.

 

thats just the problem with this country whats written above. Do you honestly believe people who commit these type of crimes honestly care and spend the rest of there days living a nightmare inside...yeah right, these are sick individuals who could not give two hoots about being locked up, being kept by us taxpayers, meals,private healthcare, gyms and all their other entitlements just waiting for some do gooder to let them free. Let them fry or die and the families of lost ones can have some closure and not also be commited to a life sentence everytime theres a mention of the convicted ones name launching an appeal or something or another. As for post natel load of just a loophole

i totaly agree ... basicly anyone who commits a crime as twisted and sick as this , waves all rights for being treated like a equaL HUMAN.......... all peado's sicko's and such should be given a death sentance, but nothing humane, if they want to be animal's then they should be treated accordingly..bent over a table and ratchet-strapped down then f****d to death by a donkey on viagra and crack..... that'l teach em
