Just wondering if many people bother with offal nowadays? I'm in my mid twenties, and when i talk about it most people my age, they look at me as if i'm suggesting canibalism! Got one of my mates to eat lambs heart last night, and he was well impressed! Just seems to me alot of people miss out on a cheap and delicious feed, and i don't know why?

My wife does the best braized liver on the planet. With bacon and mushrooms. I love liver, Ox liver has the strongest taste but can be a little dry. I love kidneys aswell. I would not do a cooked breaky without them. A lot of people are missing out you are right. A good cheap feed.
