What size are they? The smaller one reminds me very much of my beardie cross - very nice.

 

 

the brindle dog is 33tts and black bitch is 27tts both two years old at moment

 

 

that black dog is the spit of mine, he's 27 also, not very clear but the dog on the right..............

thanks lads my old boy (strider) has been a pleasure to own,been out 5 out of 6 nights this week so still goin strong, he holds his own against all the bull x he's been out with and works day and night,very versitile dog.

The back right is a dog called Axel, a really good worker on anything, featured on some of the Lurchermania videos,

bred out of my deerhound Thorn, the two at the from are both out of my deerhound Lewis. Not sure of the name Nualas you mentioned matie..

Nuala is out of a litter you advertised on here a couple of years back for a couple of lads - just wondered if that was the sire, as it looks very like him - mind you, first x deers are all much of a likeness to look at J sent me a couple of pics of Nualas grandparents and great grandparent on her maternal side, dogs called Jin, Sam & Storm.

No, thats not the sire, but it is related to the sire of yours..in fact they all are. Yes the bitches side was from Gin.. cant remember the Sam dog, but yes I remember Storm, a decent worker

Sam was from Gin x Storm - Nuala's gt grandparents. I have a few pics of these dogs, but I think J might be joining the forum, and has a few old pics to put up

tanks doxhope always looking for new working blood over here gene pool is tight when u cut out the 35 inch trash ive just mated my bitch last week she is out of 1 of the last u bred i think doxhope hylda 02/04/99 her sire is rockenhart scrope out of caesar of elegance and aphra of gisburn i put her to my own dog who worked last 6 years on all quarry he is by doxhope laird of glenesk and kenue chant all the pups off hylda are as game as ive seen put alot of lurchers to shame wat do think of my cross ? maybe we could swap blood cheers shane

 

Whats your memories of the above breeding from your side doxhope,were the ancestors of the pups to be all rounders?Ive seen these dogs run and catch and they are very determined animals.they dont hang about when theres a quarry spieces in front of them.I'm looking forward to reading about the dogs of your past.
