So what your saying is -any old breeding just get the entering right ?Works with a ratter but consistent earth work is a bit different .

dont quite follow what your saying there boys for the blacks but my thinking is a bit of breeding is worth a world of feeding

The breeding of a line of workers is the basics for easy entering ,and vice versa,self entering should,IMO, be the base stone for a line of terrier .Coaxing a dog to ground will not ,hardly ever ,result in a worker that sticks to its task .Darcy sums it up by saying a terrier should see its time underground as part of its life in general ,should be natural .

it has to be worker to worker but i like to know whats the history in parnets grandparnets means alot.

SPIFF WOW WHERE TO START, HAS TO BE WORKER TO WORKER BUT ALSO FROM PROVEN LINES.I NEVER GO OUT OF THE LINE I HAVE, BUT OTHERS HAVE BUT THEN ONLY TO OTHER PROVEN LINES IE NUTTAL ,GOULD,CHESTER,AND THEN ONLY TO THE BEST OF THOSE LINES THAT HAVE BEEN DUG TO SEASON AFTER SEASON THEN THE PUPS FROM THOSE MATING ARE FOLDED BACK IN. HOPE THIS HELPS ! GOT TO GO BEFORE I BORE YOU TO DEATH AND WRITE THIRTY PAGE ESSAY. PS A ONE OF WORKER FROM GOD KNOWS WHO AND GOD KNOWS WHERE DONT MEAN SHIT HAS TO BE IN THE LINE TO CONTINUALLY PRODUCE WORKERS
