scottishlass 57 Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 (edited) As some folk know i have just been down to vist traceyg and what can i say well it was a laugh a minute from the start. arrived late on tuesday night and the zider was ready chilled. We did a few things but the aim of the few days were just to chill out have a laugh, and laugh we did Think the highlight of the few days was tg's great idea of a pub crawl on push bikes (drunk in charge of a bicycle) after a few pints and a few pubs it was time to make tracks and make back to tg's all was going well till we turned up her drive and bang she sailed straight in to a wall .But i am glad to say the bike was fine. I would just like to say a big thank you to tg and her family for putting up with me for 3 days and making me feel at home,i think if had not had to been at a concert tonight i maybe would have stayed one more night but don't know if tg's liver could take anymore i hope its not to long again till we meet up again and laugh our pants off Edited August 22, 2008 by scottishlass Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Rolfe 2 Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 Lass.......glad you really enjoyed your stay........Traceyg is going for counselling as we speak and the pyschiatrist say's she should expect to make a full recovery in the fullness of time. The landords from the pubs you visited have withdrawn their applications for transfer on the understanding you never return to the premises again. dennned 172 Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 lass , i bet you had a whale of a time in , yorkshire , very friendly people ( just like us hawick folk ) did you have lots to drink , or did you ( as i suspect ) behave yourself, tracey , you deserve a medal for letting lass stay at yours , maybe lass will let you stay at hers at ( the common riding friday ) in june , then youd see real hospitality ( not that were decrying yours) im sure it was first class , but if not i will make a point of meeting you at selby show next year .
