Does it get any better....

Recommended Posts

just bought some new tackle , thought a tub was a "glug pot" so put my Halibut oil in it. however, it seems not be the case, now leaked over my laminate flooring.!! :clapper::clapper::clapper: smells nice!! :clapper::thumbdown:

try dropping some monster crab boilies down the back of the cooker and not realising. you soon find out when you do some cooking :whistling:   didnt go done to well with the wife :big_boss:

The river Inny's in Westmeath. English anglers put chub in that they brought over as pike bait. As far as I know the fisheries board is electro fishing the chub.

WHAT PERMITS DAY TICKETS ARE REQUIRED TO FISH THE INNY. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO HAVE A GO FISHING FOR CHUB THERE IF IT IS POSSIBLE

I'm not sure Adam. We've always just worked away on the coarse fishing. Nobody says anything.

But have a look at the angling websites just to make sure.

I have fished for chub yet but used to fish it for good bream and hybrids. But nowadays I fish closer to home for bigger river bream and hybrids. Unfortunately no chub though.

:clapper: been this evening. 3 of us fished with 5 rods out between us but not a bite. Most of the rivers were about two fields wide but i know a little spot thats nearly always fishable......sadley no fish today though...just lots of kingfishers skimming past......it was a good craic with my pals though......
