She's looking keen ! she still has a few tail feathers to moult out by the looks of things mate so I wouldn't drop her in condition for a while yet until she's finished :victory:, its very tempting I can imagine but try to be Patient as it will pay in the long run...

The Gos from last year has moulted out lovelly and clean. I needed to pull her the other day after the f*****g neighbour spooked them all climbing up his apple trees collecting apples and unfortunatley she broke a deck feather , I pulled her and did a bit of imping on the one feather and stuck some new anklets and tail bell on her! and she is now back in the aviary until come back off Holiday, I'll pull her then and get started on her.......

Trouble is Jasper I weighed her yesterday and she was 10.1oz (286.3g) and cant get anymore it to her thats nearly 3oz over flying weight fat as F*** her tail feathers are coming along nicely they are all there apart from 1 which Im waiting for her to drop.

When I pop over next I will bring the husqvarna and turn that nice little apple tree into a plucking post for the wild sparrowhawks :whistling:
