With all this doom and Gloom.

Recommended Posts

Everything at the moment seems to be Doom and Gloom.

The weather is awful, there is all this talk of recession and financial worry across the world. And all the other Grizzly things that are going on.

So... What makes you happy? It could be hunting related or just generally.

Personally, Helping others makes me happy,( there are lapses, but generally), it gives me gratification and I know I could call upon help from them in return.

What else? The middle of the shooting season when everything has settled and things become easier.

And one last one. Like-minded people make me happy. You stand for the same cause, which gives a united feeling.

Regards

Two teenage kids, boy and girl.

Boy doing boy's things and girl doing whatever girls do.

Growing up nice and slow in the best country on the planet, going out in the morning and coming home for lunch and dinner.

Takes me back and makes me feel proud of the little feckers. :cray:

Been out tonight for a walk and a mooch with a good bloke and his dog, saw my 6 month old pup get all excited at his first sight of rabbit, running around like a loon.

Pissing down, the sort of night when dog walking would normally be a chore, but back home now, dried off, emptied the sand and water out of my trainers and am as happy as a sand boy with my pup!

Thanks mate, I really appreciate you taking me out.

My kids make me happy :D - when they're not driving me mad :wallbash:

Being out on my own with the dogs, watching them run. Walking for miles and not having to talk to anybody, just enjoying what I see along the way.

My man makes me happier than I've been in years :icon_redface:

And the word Sale in a shop window usually lights me up as well

been thinking about this one. A lot of things make me happy but it's some that are more apparent than others.

My kids, for all the times they drive me mad if it wasn't for them i truly would not be here today.

every day, waking up knowing im a free, independant woman and im no longer in a siuation where i cant simply be me.

where i live, i love it and cherish it

men, for restoring my faith, as all the ones in my past were complete physco's, and the few i have met of late have certainly restored my faith. made crackin drinkin buds and am sure friends for a long time

music of all types

modern technology

the great outdoors for allowing me to breath its's glorious air and useing fit or all the pleasures that you could possibly derive from it......................... :notworthy:

and lastly people, people make me happy, some can of course wind me up, hurt and be complete to%%^rs. but you can draw on the experience of encountering them, learn something and become a stronger version of who you already are.
