LDR 29 Posted August 19, 2008 Report Share Posted August 19, 2008 In my experience, get a lightforce and sort the wiring out first, then you'll have no probs............... im getin my first lamp too soon longdog, what do you mean sort the wiring out mate? you need to secure some of the points where they move, ie, out the bottom of the handle where the wires move alot, i've taped mine down so the wires dont move, so therfore dont weaken and break inside..........all the wires on the battery if you have a double belt pack for example, all wires need to secured down, so they dont weaken over time with movement..........if you know anyone who's had one they'll be able to point you in the right direction.................... smitty75 0 Posted August 19, 2008 Report Share Posted August 19, 2008 using a light-force blitz 240 cant beat it good adjustable beam good training lamp shows alot of light for young dogs.also agood spot at 100 yds "light-weight" spot on........ one mill to six mill adjustable spot also using nightsearcher ns 750 "ranger. for the smaller goes 1millon candle watt.good for dog and gun which i have mounted on a rapid provides alot of bag....
