mattydski 560
Dear all, I am ashamed to say that I live overlooking the River Tay Estuary, and I am 10 mins from Montrose Basin, but I have never shot a goose, (with a Shotgun). It is something i have wanted to try for quite a while, but have never managed to get a grip of the legislation etc, Ie where you can legally shoot. Could someone suggest a definative source of information that can be relied upon for accuracy? I have no wish to break any laws. regards Matt
SportingShooter 0
I can recommend Both a Person and a Website. The Person in question is Wag, Anything you need to know, I'm Sure he'll help you out. Him being a prolific Wildfowler. And the website I would recommend is http://www.basc.org.uk There you will find plenty of Information. As you are in Scotland, the Law is different regarding the Crown Foreshore and who may shoot on it. I believe that anyone can shoot on some parts but don't quote me on it Have a read through the BASC site and you'll have all the info you need. Regards SS
