Sgt.McMuffin 0
Now i've killed a few of them quite easily but i have noticed that they see you from like a mile away, and creeping through tree lines just ends up making more noise. I have yet to try Camo clothes, dunno if it will make much difference. Any tips?
moxy 617
I think cammo isnt going to help you much!! You need to practice and improve your stalking technique. So you are not crashing and bounding through the undergrowth. Cammo will aid if you are sat in wait or slowly moving up a dry stone wall. Your shape and silohuete is the give away. No matter how much you spend on the best realtree cammo with the best pattern, at 30 yds its only visable as a greeny brown shade. Your foreign shape to the surroundings will still remain. Reccy your permission firsthand, see where the rabbits are coming and going from then plan a good route to get there. It may take you the long way round but it will be worth the walk. Use any possible feature of the landscape you can, a rock or two, a clump of grasses, a lump or bump in the ground. Anything that that can offer you natural cover. Get on your belly if needs be. A few attempts and you will learn what cover and best approach your permission has to offer. If it is a regular permission and you can then introduce some cover, ie a pile of logs or a few stones. move a feeding trough etc, (check with the farmer first lol ) But remember, as my lass says, nice and slowly does it Good luck and atb

No problem. Cammo does help, but only in the correct application. As i say if you are sitting in wait or have a good solid background to blend in to. Or you can move like rambo or a ninja lol. Sgt.McMuffin 0
Yeah from what you say and past experiences, i think be best if i just get a nice comfy percision in a hedge or something, so i'm actully part of the surrondings.
