FOR SALE/WANTED POSTS

I have noticed an alarming amount of For Sale/Wanted posts cropping up in this section and I must move about half a dozen a day myself, never mind what the other MODS move. I have been leaving links to these threads so that the posters will know they have been moved and won't come enquiring as to where they have gone.

 

 

 

From now on, I will be deleting any for sale items in the Lurcher and Terrier section so please be warned.

 

 

 

They will not be moved and there will be no link.

 

 

 

Post it in the right section to avoid any deletions please.

to be fair there is too much for sale in that section, an ad can be missed by people, if perhaps there was a seperate section for terrers for sale, one for lurchers and one for equipment, then it might be better and ads wont be missed, by putting them on here people know they will be seen

Quite agree with you Dev, the ads dont stay up on page one for long. There seems to be alot of ads go on at night just now and if you put yours on through the day its not there for long if not replied to.

Unfortunately there is enough to moderate without extra for sale pages for lurchers, terriers, guns etc. If you want something bad enough you'll spend the extra time trawling through the pages.

Or better still ban the sale of dogs, as it only incourages scum to steal dogs knowing that people will pay money out. Working dogs should be bred for work not to line peoples pockets. It would not hurt any true working dog owners .
