like your article says mate overzealus dosing can cause but used in the right dose it will be ok my uncle has used it forever and a day on sheep dogs the same dogs compete at national level and have represented great britain i dont think he would risk a dog of that calibre or any dog for that matter if it was that dodgy. they also say dont give a dog choclate how many people are guilty of that my old terrier followed my little en about every day mopping up anything she dropped or chose to give him and he did alright

the product you are looking for is called ivomec super, the active ingreident is ivermectin, does not do fleas, but will do all your worming needs, as well as mange and mites, sucking and biting lice too, i would only recommed half a mil thats .5 mil just to clear things up..........

DO not over dose.................... as this could be fatal............ivomec super is used mainly in cattle licenced for cattle only but can also be used in sheep...........do not confuse with ivomec classic..........as this is a pour on dose...............alot of grey hound owners use it local here.......

Some more info here

Seems if your careful you can test dog for sensitivity, but as it says its hard to judge the dose of something designed for a much larger animal so just be careful

Whoops just seen socks link to the same site

add dogs to the list off things it could kill, why bother risking your dogs life by using something for livestock when there are plenty of treatments on the market designed for dogs.
