Coney 3
Yep...I had one quite a few years ago, very heavy but reliable, not a bad trigger on them either. Only problem I had was "scope creep" because of the re-coil of this hefty piece of kit.... an arrester block soon sorted that though. The only thing I will say is "watch your fingers" and keep your finger off the trigger when loading.Good luck with it and keep us posted on how you get on with it. Regards Coney Quote Link to post

SEAN3513 7
as coney said, heavy but a cracking gun. bargain at that price................i saw one in a gunsmiths ( it was mint) and he wanted £175 for it. it will be ok if you can live with the weight and if it hasn't already got them get a set of decent scope mounts ( dampa mounts are excellent for springers with savage re-coil). good luck with it and let us know how you get on. all the best sean Quote Link to post

adeyhawk1970 0
Tuned a mates diana 48b about 10 years ago and the gun was fantastic to shoot.I offered to buy the gun off him but he refused. So i spent the next 10 years looking for a secondhand 48 or 52 and i finally found one.The other two guns ive never owned but also fell in love with was the airsporter s and original 45.
