hi guys,

joined a couple of days ago and just been sitting back taking in all the discussions and comments going on. can i just say that i am very impressed with this very informative forum.

have been airgunning now for around 3 years now and last year i moved from a hw95 to a BSA Scorpion PCP. nothing against springers ( maybe just couldn't master the wee kick from it ) but wow with a perfectly zero`d scope this PCP is the business.

my kill rate has also risen greatly as my knowledge has increased. Re. the chap who was looking for tips on an earlier post i have found that if i stalk up to a set of warrens and there is a chance of a shot i will take it although i am not worried if the others around scurry for cover. cos sure as eggs is eggs if your cammoed up, lay at peace and just wait a 10-20 mins you will get them coming back up.

i normally take 2 or three from a warren then move onto another, i follow a sort of route round my permission. also whilst lying in wait the things i have seen are incredible and i believe what makes our sport even more enjoyable than getting a perfect kill, its the countryside, seeing deer, pheasants, stoats, buzzards, its never the same each time i go out.

i love our sport

thanks for a great forum
