SNAP SHOT 194
these are extremely well built reliable scopes........the only thing you need to watch out for are knock off leupold's coming in from the far east check for the crest on one of the turrets and the leupold stamp on the objective.........happy hunting Quote Link to post

snapper5 0
I have a Leupold VXIII 6.5 -20 x 50 on my .223 and it is soooo much better than the £200 AGS scope I have on the HMR. It never loses zero, it is crystal clear and it has a lifetime warranty. I believe the US forces use them too so I guess that is a good recommendation. Good move Bobby. S Quote Link to post

S I know it's a bit wierd but I was thinking about this thread last night - you know what, I've got 2 Zeiss 6x42 scopes and a leopold and I don't think there's anything between either of them, in fact, while I've had the Zeiss stuff much longer, I think that the US scope is probably a bit better finished! Enjoy! Roo Quote Link to post
on-point 0
i've got the same scope 3-9 x 50 on my .17hmr. love it to bits but it gets knocked quite easily, perhaps i'm too rough with it....i get excited and carried away in the rush to get the cross hairs up sometimes. good scope though. on-point Quote Link to post
