why are these terriers not imported?

iv never herd an ad that read breed from french stock. wouldnt it be great to have working fox terriers back in there home land again ( imagen they were first breed hear). id love a smoth and a rougth bitch to breed from bet thered seel like hot cakes. or is it the french are a funny lot to deal with? if they are for sale any idea on the cost of buying and shipping.
