Why won't a 26.5" dog win this comp ????? LDRs Bruce is 27" and one of the best lamping/rabbit dogs I've seen in over 40 years !! I've seen a 29" dog pick up rabbits every bit as good as a 22" dog !!

Cheers.

got to agree if visa were a couple of years younger i would of enterd her 26" and about 63-4 lbs

Flint. Deerhound x Greyhound. 26". about 65lbs.

Not the best rabbiting dog, but hey, i'd have no chance of winning anything if i didnt enter. I dont even expect him to get through to the second heat...but i'm sure it will be good crack, and i look forward to buying the DVD of the final

Are you asking me. Just my preferance mate, i'v not had the privalage of seeing a 26.5 dog which was any good on rabbits. So thats why i would put my money on them. Not that i know them or have ever seen them run, just the make up id put my hard erned money on in a rabbiting contest.. But you've got 10 years expeiance on me.

Anyone standing bets then :D

I'D Have to go With TOMO'S Dog Tara , gut instinct telling me to go for her , good luck to all who enter , if there is one next year then count me in ,, Cheers Sniper

I'd second that statment.

Perhaps some of the non-comtetitors could organsie a little sweep stake..... say a tenner each. 16 dogs to choose from..... winner takes £160 :clapper:

The thing that makes this so interesting is you just never know in the dog game............. injuries, bad nights etc etc
