Guest markbrick1
just one of those things mate, if it dont retive , it might be a lttle anoying but i dont think its to big a deal. i just hope there is know one entering a dog that fecks off after evry missed run iam not getting into the organisation of this event its up to a few chosen ones and theyve got there work cut out,and good on them, but i will judge the odd one if needed i can put a lot of land up if needed, and if a dog f****d of after its catch, looked at livestock ,aggresive towards other dog,are generally f****d about it should be banned end of,mark Quote Link to post

NIGHT TIME NETTER 237
If this is a competion just about catching rabbits and everyone knows that then theres no problem, you pick your dogs runs and hope for the best. Saying that, The winner could then be a non retriever,a dog that opens up, hardmouthed and even one that hunts up and fecks about when it misses a rabbit. Not Exactly what youd call a good lamping dog! but a good rabbit catcher if nothing else! good luck to all who enter... NTN. Quote Link to post
claude 144
thanks tomo cracking type of dog Quote Link to post

Guest wex
I hope it all gos well for you lads, hats off to you lot. I hope scouser3038 wins even though he is an evertonian. oh and i do like the look of Delta and Nancy . cheers wex. I wouldnt hold your breath Wex, I cant see a 70lb 26.5" dog winning this comp but it shuold be a good crack and it is a good idea so I thought I might aswell have a pop. You never know I could go through all 4 rounds by default anything can happen in a nights lamping!!!! if the dog is anything like the BLUE S_ITE in competitions, you will be out first round . No seriously "A" size dont matter, if the dog is good enough its big enough. Good luck in the comp you Bluenose. I'd rather be like Everton, we dont claim to be anything special, dont spend big bucks and finish a respectable 5th. Than be like the redshite dont shut up about what they are going to win this season, spend stupid amounts of money and then go missing during the season. You know yourself Wex theres quite a few on here that go missing!!!! Dont shut up about what thier dogs can do and then you dont hear from them till the summer. Look! we cant even get 32 dogs in the whole of England,Scotland and Wales!!!! Cyber Hunters Pity you wasn't over this side I would of liked to have seen Fred in this Comp. I am suprised that more haven't entered and yes you are dead right about the folk that go missing in action during the winter. The same lads are on hand to give long winded advice posts and love to pick holes in folks posts. cheers wex. ps If your kid can get me a cheap crossing on Irish Ferries i will have a do with Fred Quote Link to post
