BlueCoyote 0 Posted July 31, 2008 Report Share Posted July 31, 2008 lol i got to be a fan of snapping turtles when i found a hatchling alligator snapper at the boat launch a few years ago. they're illegal to have as pets, but the other snappers arent. i'd like to have one just for the hell of it..... once my kids are old enough to know not to try to pet it! kvnmcwebn 0 Posted July 31, 2008 Report Share Posted July 31, 2008 i came across a snapper that had latched on to a mallard duck once. it was in a small pool to shallow for him to drag it underwater. i watched it for about ten minutes then i freed the duck with a stick. i reconed it was going to be about the slowest death possible.
