It is in a hard case and comes with bow, rosin strings. It has only been played a couple of times as I dont really have much time on my hands. here is the info copied from the website I originally bought it from. This is a serious instrument for serious players This fine hand made instrument is a must for all players. Fantastic for Live and studio situations. Almost impossible to obtain acoustic feedback.True Honest and faithful tone quality due to the use of the finest materials. Comes with case, very high quality bow, 4 fine tuners and battery Solid spruce top Maple back and sides Ebony fingerboard Tailpiece and chinrest Very high quality pick-up (Will not saturate with double stopping like most others.) thats the specifications.
