Any tips for a total noob?

same here wunwin ive got no time for ferrets that bite especialy when youve been handling them from the nest my little boy handle all my ferrets so a ferret that bite is no good to me at all i kept 2 jills back from last years litter 1 was very good when handled the other 1 was a biter it had to go HOPE ThIS HELPS

Cheers for that, yes, some ferrets will bite no matter what you do with them. I need to know on a days ferreting that i dont need to worry about the ferrets behaviour with either me, the dogs or anyone ive taken with me. God knows there is enough to go wrong without the landowners young son getting bitten! No, if they are not trusworthy, they must go. (The ferret, not the landowners son!)
