£10,000 is $20,000.............is that all you would get BC?2 or 3 acres for 20k USD?Moggs would certainly have two ache'rs if he serviced all of Sprags ladies in that field ;)

lol i didnt convert it :icon_redface::icon_redface: but even then .. YEAH depending on where you are wanting to buy that could very well be all you'd get for $20,000!!

buy more land..... which would be the end of the 10 grand.... or do like someone else said: find a way to make it into more, then buy even more land.... fence it off and turn moose, wolves, beavers and bear loose on it. yep.....

10K here will get you an acre and a half if your lucky :thumbdown:

a friend of mine recently bought woodlands in sussex,4 acres cost him £30,000.

a friend of mine recently bought woodlands in sussex,4 acres cost him £30,000.

Found a woodland,7 acres for 35K,only problem with most woodlands is they have covenants on them,your not allowed to slash-and-burn unless its in the amazon or somesuch place ;)

i'd probably go about it backwards.... i would like to buy a building in the city, knock it down and plant fruit trees on it.
