I dont know mate wouldnt go to one of there shows to be honest.As Ive said many times I dont show only the festival of hunting ....BUT I did enter our local one sunday as it was a poor turnout and I won it so now Ill be called out by one or two on here ..However the bitch (border) is a grafter so thats what counts ..I do keep a variety and no two digs are the same, in my job I have to have all types sizes etc .Secret is knowing which one to use and when.

sounds like you have plenty of for work them , how many dogs do you keep on ?

At the start of the season Ill probably have around 8 including youngsters ready to start.I will have 6 put out to other hunts for a season or two as well ..I will be doing 6 days cubbing to start .

Parkins judging lowther this weekend, thats all working dogs out the window before we even go then!

I don't like parsons too lanky & brainless, just keep the smaller old fashioned type myself.
