Then, about ten years or so ago, when the likelihood of a ban seemed more likely, I became more open. I was amazed at how many people were pro-field sports with comments like, "my Dad used to kep ferrets," or "my Uncle shoots pigeons," etc. So I'm always open about what I do and don't hide my catch even though I have to walk through the middle of the town centre to get from my permision to home.
