ferrets prices

the bloke who i got my two hobs from was telling me, that when he looked on the internet for the prices of ferrets in different ares he saw that in cornwall they were selling them for around the hundred pound mark is this true, is their anyone from cornwall who nows of this :gunsmilie:

thats what i thought maybe he wanted it to sound like i was getting a bargain

pets shop in carlisle was selling hobs £30 gills £35 rip off

i dunno so much, look what people pay for rabbiting lurchers and a good ferret will bring more to the table than yer average lurcher !

 

in my opinion if people charged/payed more for there ferrets then maybe they would look after them properly !

 

there was ferrts selling @ lanark market last year for 30 odd quid

im in cornwall and Ive never heard of that much. I paid 50 quid for 2 proven working ferrets, a big hutch, carry box, and about 50 nets. That was very cheap and as it was my first very own ferrets I was well chuffed. Ive seen them since for 25 quid for 4 ferrets a hutch and some nets. thats pretty cheap
