swanseajack 227
spotted this a few times, today was the first time I've managed to take some pics... been having a bit of a debate with my father as he's been saying it's an eagle of some sort ( he sees it all the time) now my opinion has been, I'll eat my hat if it's anything other than a Buzzard... Take a look for yourself, I don't want guesses as to what it is I want an informed opinion from those that know... ps it's a damm sight bigger than any of the buzzards around here... Any thoughts anyone ???
scotlandforever 0
i would have say common buzzard because it has the buzzard shape and also has the white under its wing. Nice pics too Jason Edited July 26, 2008 by scotlandforever

Malt 379
I'd say Buzzard, but if it is, it's a big bugger, the wings look too long. It hasn't got the characteristic 'V' tail to be a Red Kite, although it looks a little bit like a Golden Eagle I saw in the highlands a few years back.
