feeding meat to kits ?

Recommended Posts

you can feed them meat by the time they'll eat it (around 3 weeks as maltenby writes)

But make sure that it has got a high percent of fat and if you chop it up then don't make the pieces to big, then can choke in it,

I know a person who lost a pup that way this year and another pup dies because they got a lot of meat but no calcium and fat and got rickets.

Thats why while carcass is better rather than lean chunks of meat with all fat removed
