Looking at your signature...why..or don't you have a SGC for the Riz that you suggest you have!!!!

Try your closest Police Station or simply sit back, let your fingers do the walking round your keyboard and download one!!

Some RFD also carry the forms!!

well its complicated my step mum has that gun but i use it hen i go over my dads

You need to either phone Dyfed-Powys Police and ask them to send you a pack of forms. They are so slow with Certificates at the moment that I don't fancy your chances.

 

I would try here

 

Then print it off, fill it in, get four Passport sized photographs and follow the guidelines on the form.

They are pretty quick if you are in the wrong! ......to be fair i've had an honest and professional service from them, after i got my first certificate, getting that was a bit more difficult, make sure your referee is good and you should be OK.
